The handles are carefully designed to provide greater comfort and safety. The body is made of AISI 304, 18/8 superior food grade stainless steel for healthy and hygienic cooking. The 6.6 mm extra-thick sandwich bottom stays flat, heats evenly and will not develop hotspots. The AISI 430 grade magnetic stainless steel base plate that makes the pan work well on both Gas and Induction.
